I have the program to download from r18 with no problems. However, I want to be able to download a video from Fanza/dmm and I am unable to do it. I read it is a feature on the Patreon version. I found the page and I joined and became a "standard supporter" but I have not idea where/how to download it an/or use it afterwards. Please help.

This happened to me, and I solved it this way. Keep the two videos (named OFJE00252 and OFJE00252_2) in the same folder (with their original names) delete only the two bad ones. Then redownload again and the program will skip the first two videos and will start immediately downloading part 3 (OFJE00252_3) and Part 4 (OFJE00252_4). The new downloads should work now. I used this method to download a 12 Part "48 hour" video that kept giving issues.
